Angelina Wade Storvoll, 93, of 264 Comstock Street NE, Warren, Ohio, departed this life Monday, February 11, 2019 at 6:30 a.m. in Westerville, of natural causes.
She was born October 10, 1925 in Belzoni, Mississippi, the daughter of Pompie and Annie Williams Wade, Sr., residing in the area since 1955, coming from Chicago, Illinois.
Mrs. Storvoll was a self-employed seamstress for 35 years, before retiring. She also worked as a housekeeper for 25 years.
She was a member of Hoyt Street Flourishing Ministries C.O.G.I.C., where she served on the Mother’s Board.
She enjoyed puzzles, sewing and laughing with her children and grandchildren.
She married William Storvoll, Sr. August 21, 1948, he died December 30, 2014.
She leaves to mourn five children, Terry (Dee) Storvoll of Houston, Texas, William “Bill” (Adrienne) Storvoll, Jr. and Ms. Mary L. Storvoll (Darien Jordan) both of Westerville, T’Aurchie (Elizabeth) Brown and Ms. Cheryl Brown both of Chicago, Illinois; one sister, Ms. Ida Simpson of Columbus; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers, Tony, Willie, LC, Nathaniel, Pompie, Jr., Lonzie and Roy and five sisters, Corena, Rosie, Caldonia, Lela and Evelyn.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hoyt Street Flourishing Ministries C.O.G.I.C.
Calling hours will be held one hour prior to the service 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 16 at the church.
