GREENVILLE, PA (MyValleyTributes) – Charles Benton Hodge, 55, of Greenville, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday morning, September 20, 2019.
He was born in Greenville on June 6, 1964. He loved his work in the restaurant business and previously owned restaurants in the area.
Charles was a member of the Greenville Eagles Club, Italian Home Club and Jamestown Fireman’s Club.
He enjoyed horseback riding and singing karaoke. He was a very social person who was loved by everyone.
Charles is survived by his mother, Patricia (Nevin) Alexander and her husband, James, of Mercer; his daughter, Jennifer Lee Alexander and her husband, Ray, of Fort Myers, Florida; five grandchildren; his brother, Bill Hodge and his wife, Tammy, of Greenville; his sister, Debbie (Hodge) Snyder and her husband, Kevin, of Greenville; his girlfriend, Darlene Curtician of Greenville and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his father, several uncles, an aunt, a nephew and a great-nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 26, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Greenville Eagles Club, 283 Main Street, Greenville, PA 16125
