(WKBN) — A Valley and Ohio legend will place one of the state’s first sports bets.
Bernie Kosar will place the first legal bet on the Tipico Sportsbook platform.
He will bet $19,000 on the Browns to beat the Steelers next week.
Tipico has a partnership with Bigplay, a Cleveland-based sports and entertainment network.
