Keely Lovern joined the WKBN-27 First News team in 2018 as a multi-media journalist.
Born in New Jersey and a graduate of Granville High School in Granville, Ohio, Keely earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Denison University.
Prior to her joining WKBN-27, she worked as an evening anchor at WHIZ in Zanesville.
When she is not digging into a story she enjoys swimming, singing and spending time with her English Bulldog, Rooney.
Keely is very excited to be in the Mahoning Valley and takes the most pleasure in her job when meeting people throughout the community and telling their stories.
