Craig grew up in the Valley and graduated from Ursuline High School in 2008. Craig earned bachelor’s degrees in Religious Studies and Music from Youngstown State University and continued his education in the distance-learning program at Mississippi State University. There he received his bachelor’s degree in meteorology in 2016 and his master’s degree in 2018. While at YSU, Craig was a teaching assistant in the geography department, assisting in lectures for the atmospheric science classes offered on campus.
Craig will be leaving us soon to become a priest, watch his interview with Stan Boney to learn more.
When he is not in the weather center, Craig is an organist and choir director in the Youngstown community. He also enjoys his hobby of model railroading, traveling for railroad photography, and golfing. The most exciting thing for Craig in this job is being able to forecast for, and present weather information for his hometown!
