With the season winding down, the Scrappers put together a late rally to remember on Thursday night at Eastwood Field.

Trailing 2-1 heading in the bottom of the 7th inning, Mahoning Valley pushed across four runs in the frame and knocked off the Crosscutters, 5-2.

Tim Fedroff delivered the big hit with a two-run triple, while two more Scrappers runs scored on wild pitches. Williamsport committed four errors in the game.

The Scrappers (31-43) begin their final series of the season on Friday night at home against the Auburn Doubledays.
