Penguins Win Marathon
|
Youngstown State's baseball team battled Duquesne for 14 innings before defeating the Dukes, 8-7. Sophomore Cory Hornyak belted his second home run in as many days to help lead the Guins. Hornyak had 3 hits on the day. Youngstown State fell behind by two runs in the 14th before rallying for 3 in the bottom half of the inning. The victory ups YSU's overall record to 7-15.
