Spring practice rolls on for Jon Heacock and the YSU football team. And Sunday, the players donned the pads for the first time as full contact drills got underway. The Penguins have plenty of work to do over the next few weeks...with holes at quarterback, linebacker, and safety needing to be filled.  The annual Red-White Spring game is slated for Friday April 18 at Stambaugh Stadium.
