Since he was 5 years old, Eric has had what he calls a "passion" for planes.  Getting this up-close look at Air Force C- 130s left him nearly speechless.

Eric took it all in, demonstrating some of the attributes his caseworker describes.

It's not the typical description of a boy who just turned 16. But Eric defies stereotypes. He says he reads every day. He earns As and Bs in school and calls history his favorite subject. He has specific goals for his future.

He earnestly shares why he'd be a good choice for a family considering adoption.

In return, he describes what he would like.

And for that family Eric has one last thought.

In the words of his caseworker he's just "a really great guy" who needs the love of a permanent home to help him become the person he has the potential to be.
