BusinessWeek has listed the Youngstown-Warren area as the second most affordable place to live in the nation.

Real estate experts expect the entire nation's housing market to heat up as mortgage rates drop.

That's in part due to the government's takeover of mortgage giants. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Indianapolis Indiana took the top spot, while the New York City area was listed as the least affordable place in the nation.
