The Youngstown based "Turning Technologies" is unveiling its latest software system.
It's called "Response Ware", and allows clients to access student response programs using "smart phones" like a "Blackberry" or an "iPhone" instead of the traditional keypad system.
"Turning" CEO Mike Broderick says the company is also working with other telecom carriers.
He says besides school related uses the new software could have a number of other potential applications where users could connect to the internet through their cell phones or computers.
