Struthers police say the driver of a tan car refused to stop at a traffic stop on State Street in Struthers. 

Police chased him until he crashed into another car at the intersection of Florida and Shady Run Road in Youngstown, flipping his car over.

The driver of the white car and her children, as well as the suspect were taken to St. Elizabeth's hospital for what looked like minor injuries.

Officers say the car did not belong to the suspect.

Police continue to investigate.
