With just four more months until the November election...local politicians for see Ohio and Pennsylvania playing major roles in the outcome. Congressman Phil English says it's going to be a close race between Senator Barack Obama and Senator John McCain....but in the end...he thinks more people may side with McCain's conservative change message. He says McCain addresses the country's long term needs. But regardless of who's elected...the valley will impact the race for the White House.
