Campbell Municipal Judge Patrick Cunning says Joseph Perry Senior is not a flight risk and is allowed to fly to Puerto Rico next week.

Perry is one of seven men charged in the beating that left Seth Leach unconscious last month.  The trip was reportedly already paid for, but since Perry is out on one hundred thousand dollars bond, the trip is a condition of that bond.

"The fact that Mr. Perry has resided in this community his entire life, worships in this community, works at Lordstown, taking those factors into consideration I didn't think he was a flight risk.", explains Judge Patrick Cunning.

The Judge adds, though, if Perry doesn't come back when he's supposed to, he'll be thrown back in jail without bond.
