A lucky lottery player who stopped into a suburban Cincinnati liquor store has a Mega Millions ticket worth 196 million dollars. Lottery officials in Georgia say just one ticket won the jackpot. It's the first Mega Millions winning ticket to be sold in Ohio since December 1st of 2006, when a winning ticket was bought in Columbus.
