We have learned that Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann will be holding a news conference at 4:45pm with Governor Ted Strickland. 

The conference will be broadcast live on our website, just click on "Marc Dann Press Conference", located at the top right hand corner of the web page.

Strickland, who has led an effort to get Dann to resign, will appear with him late Wednesday afternoon at the governor's office

in the Statehouse.  No further information has been released by the governor.

Dann admitted twelve days ago to an extramarital affair with an employee that he said contributed to an atmosphere leading to sexual harassment claims against a top aide.

Earlier Wednesday, deputies of the state's top watchdog removed a cartload of computers and files from Dann's office.

Both parties have called on him to resign, but so far Dann has refused.
