Joseph Nazarini was accused in the shooting death of his wife Denise back in February 2004.  He was arrested after calling 911 and confessing to the crime.
    

Although he initially claimed he was "not guilty by reason of insanity," Nazarini withdrew that defense Monday morning, and entered a "guilty" plea.
    

He could face a sentence of fifteen years to life in prison.
