Kathleen Walley, who worked for the Attorney General's local office in Youngstown, was placed on paid leave late last month after it was learned she had had the "hard drive" of her work computer erased.
Records say Walley worked as an assistant to now-fired General Services Director Anthony Gutierrez, who was dismissed over sexual harassment complaints. He's also being investigated for allegedly using state equipment, including computers, for a private construction business.
Information on Walley's case has been turned over to both the State Highway Patrol and Ethics Commission.
