Treasurer Rich Cordray was in the Valley on Friday, speaking to a women's group in Liberty.
    

He says thirty businesses in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties have been able to obtain low-interest loans through the "Grow NOW"  program to help with expansion and job creation.  Although it's been around for years, Cordray says "Grow NOW" was never fully utilized.

Since the beginning of the year, more than seven million dollars has been loaned to local businesses, and Cordray tells us additional loans are now being processed for other Valley companies.
