Last night, and again this morning, we reported a story about a Youngstown woman who found her dog battered and bleeding in her back yard. We stated that charges were filed against Youngstown firefighter, Corey Brown. However, we were not accurate with that statement.  After talking to the dog warden investigator, and the City Prosecutor's office, we now find that no charges have been filed. The incident is still under investigation.  We do thank the large number of viewers who have called and offered assistance to get the injured dog proper medical treatment. We will continue to follow this story and we apologize to Mr. Brown plus you the viewer for the mistake.
