Employees at Ohio Structures in Berlin Center say it's time to unionize. This Friday they will decide whether or not to join the Iron Workers. And today local union leaders offered their support by holding an informational rally outside the facility, which fabricates bridge parts. The owner of Ohio Structures says if his 32 employees do vote to join the Iron Workers, he will sit down with them to negotiate a contract.
