YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A jury was selected in a Youngstown murder case, and testimony picks back up again on Tuesday.
Kimani Hodges is charged with aggravated murder. He is accused of killing Jason Fonseca in 2016 outside his home on Ayers Street.
Prosecutors said the two had been arguing over a woman.
The case has been before the court before, but a mistrial was declared in January after a witness refused to answer questions on the stand.
Charges were also dismissed against a co-defendant in exchange for her testimony against Hodges.
The case could go to the jury before the end of the week.
Hodges faces life in prison if he's convicted.
