YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - High water forced the closing of the Route 711 ramp onto I-680 north in Youngstown on Monday.
Crews with the Ohio Department of Transportation are blocking the exit.
This same ramp flooded a few weeks ago and crews had to pump the water away.
State Route 165 between U.S. Route 62 and State Route 165 is also closed.
Several reports have come in to the 27 First News newsroom about flooding on side streets and other roads across the viewing area.
According to Salem Township Police, Lisbon Canfield Road (between SR 344 and SR 558) and Old SR 558 (between SR 558 and Jersey Bridge Road) are closed Monday and some of Tuesday.
There is also widespread flooding near Cleveland, especially in the University Heights area.
Drivers are urged to use caution and never drive through standing high water.
