A Kinsman woman was killed Friday morning after losing control of her car on State Route 11 in Johnston.

Marsha A. Baldwin, 58, of 8161 Kinsman Nickerson Road, was driving a 1999 Ford Expedition about 9:18 a.m. north on State Route 11. She attempted to go north on the exit ramp to State Route 5, lost control of her car and went off the left side of the ramp into a grass embankment.

Her car rotated and came back across the ramp, went airborne, off the right side of the ramp and down a steep embankment.

Baldwin was ejected during the crash. She was taken to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
