Two local men accused of a high tech rip-off of local grocery stores were in court Tuesday morning.

Anton Pyateysky of Austintown and Mureed Amireh of Youngstown were arraigned in Mahoning County Court on criminal simulation charges.  Police say the two created makeshift gift cards that took Giant Eagle stores for $46,000.
