A mother made sure her kids got on the school bus Wednesday morning, but it took a little longer than expected for them to get to class.

Just seconds after putting her children on the bus, Youngstown police said the mother accidentally backed her car into the bus as she left her driveway.

The accident happened on Shaw Avenue on the East Side.

Police said no one was injured and only minor damage to the car was reported.
