Early Morning Accident Sends One to Hospital

An accident on Market Street in Youngstown sends one woman to the hospital.

It happened just before 3 a.m. Thursday. Police said the woman was headed northbound on Market Street when a car came out of Willis Avenue, hit her and took off.

The woman hit and split a pole with her vehicle. She was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center with non life-threatening injuries.

Police are looking for driver of the other car.
