An Austintown nightclub is the site of an alleged attack on a township officer by an off-duty Franklin County Sheriff's deputy.

Deputy Keith Miller was arraigned last week on charges of assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and criminal trespassing after an incident at the Babylon.

Management at the club contacted police after Miller allegedly refused to leave the premises, following accusations that he was causing a disturbance and attempting to make inappropriate contact with a dancer. Two officers who arrived on scene struggled with Miller, eventually using a taser to subdue him.

Miller is due back in court next month.

Don't worry, Kayln. Word on the street is that all of the married moms are already putting the prostitutes out of business. The poor girls can't sell what the moms are giving away for free.
