Interview Types

Group interviews
In a group interview, you might be answering questions from three, four, or as many as six people. At first, this might seem a bit overwhelming. But don't let it rattle you.
Lunch interviews
On a lunch interview, you'll need to observe all the rules of dining etiquette, as well as interview guidelines. Some people find the lunch interview to be a more relaxing format; depending largely on where the lunch is taking place.
Interview stress
The best way to combat interview stress is to be fully prepared. Do your homework on the company before you go. Next, make a list of your good points, as if you were a product you were trying to sell.
