Warren police are investigating break-ins at three city businesses.
We're told the first one happened at an insurance agency on Elm Road just before 10 Tuesday.
Then, about two-hours later, Valley Counseling on Mahoning Avenue plus Turcomi and Associates on Monroe, also reported their offices were burglarized.
No arrests have been made.
