Warren Council Votes Down Switch to Charter Government

Those who opposed the switch felt there wasn't enough time to educate voters if council would have placed the issue on the November ballot.

Well I guess it would be time once again for the people to stand up and get those petitions circulating to over power the council and get this on the ballot. Whoever is educating the people, don't stop it is very important that the people make this decision and not the Warren Council. Do you really think they would decide to be out of a job? HELL NO!!
