Austintown Trustee Warren "Bo" Pritchard has been barred from practicing law in Ohio.

The Ohio Supreme Court issued the ruling Tuesday at the the request of the Mahoning County Bar Association.

The indefinite suspension stems from his taking money from clients and then not providing them legal services.

The court is also ordering Pritchard to pay restitution to his clients. Pritchard's law license was temporarily suspended last week for not paying his registration fee.

Pritchard last week also lost his re-election bid on the Austintown Board of Trustees.
