Crews were in front of Boardman Steel on Southern Boulevard Monday morning disconnecting water, sewer and gas lines.

Officials with the company said they are in the midst of a lawsuit with Railroad Ventures Inc of Boardman, which owns the utility lines on the west side of the railroad tracks.

The president of R-V-I released a statement saying Boardman Steel has not paid the utility access fees since 1997.

Boardman Steel officials said they are trying to negotiate a new fee in court.
