Police have two 18 year old Youngstown men in custody. They are being questioned but have not been charged in the murder of David Clinkscale. He was found dead in an Ohio Avenue residence early Monday after an apparent gun deal gone bad.

Youngstown's prosecutor says two others are being sought as persons of interest in that case. Since October 21st, that is the 5th homicide in Youngstown, and investigators are making progress in three of the cases.   The prosecutor says none of the cases are related, but they have a lot in common -- factors that should be targeted by law enforcement.

Macejko says, "We seem to be dealing with a different kind of criminal now. They don't hesitate to use violence. They don't hesitate to use weapons. We must adjust to the problems they are presenting."

Macejko says no large scale crime sweeps like the one earlier this year are planned right now, but he supports returning to that idea. So far this year, there have been 29 homicides.
