A Trumbull County maintenance worker has filed a lawsuit against her supervisor and county commissioners, saying her boss kissed her.

Cathy Seagraves filed the lawsuit in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court, saying she was "intentionally, and maliciously touched" by Tim Morgan, her supervisor, in December. She is asking for more than $25,000 in damages.

According to records from the Trumbull County Human Resources department, Morgan was suspended for 30 days after officials found he violated the county's sexual harassment policy. The suspension was the result of Seagraves' claim, as well as a claim by another worker who said Morgan made unwanted advances toward her in 2008.

Morgan did admit to kissing the woman in December, but said the kiss was "a simple gesture for the holiday."
