David Aey went to Federal Court today suing to overturn the state law permitting the Ohio Supreme Court to order his name off  the ballot. This afternoon, a judge agreed to let all sides make their arguments on paper by Monday -- with a ruling expected sometime after that.

Aey is seeking to have his name put back on the ballot in time for the March 4th primary.

If the case can't be resolved by then, Aey asks that the election results for Sheriff be sealed until the suit can be completed.
