Jack C. Amato, Jr. is a suspect in a Wellsville homicide that occurred in July of 2007.
Wellsville police responded to a call of gunshots from a home on Commerce Street, on July 2, 2007. When they arrived they found Tonia Amato shot to death.
Amato was served with three count secret indictment including, murder, having weapons under disability, and a firearm specification. He was taken into custody and remains in the Columbiana County Jail.
