SEIU members at Trumbull Memorial Hospital ratify an agreement with Forum Health.
The deal calls for numerous concessions.  Among them, a 40-dollar monthly increase in health insurance premiums, a wage freeze, and suspended matching 401-K contributions.  The union says it adds up to over $1-million in concessions.
