DeWayne Redinger is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, tampering with evidence, and failure to stop after an accident.
Troopers say Redinger pulled out in front of Michael Brown, as he was riding a motorcycle on Route 82 in Brookfield and then fled the scene of the accident in May.
Brown died from his injuries.
Meantime, Redinger is being held on sixty thousand dollars bond.
He is set to be arraigned July 2nd.
