The people of Warren had been warned. Unless the city's policemen agreed to still further concessions, there would be more layoffs in the police department. Wednesday, notices were sent out to eight cops. Effective July 19, they'll be gone. So what effect will this have on the city? And how are the people reacting?

With all the layoffs going on in Warren City, why is there a group of Warren Auxilliary Police still working? Where has this group come from? Who funds them? Why have we not heard of any layoffs with that group? With all the city departments taking cutbacks, why havent we heard anything about this group?
