Dozens rallied in Campbell Saturday hoping to put an end to the city's gun sales ban.
The city of Campbell banned the sale of guns last week, and protesters are claiming that's against Ohio state law.
An Ohio Conceal and Carry group has already filed a lawsuit against Campbell saying it's unconstitutional. And the protesters Saturday claim the lawsuit would cost the taxpayers money for something that is unnecessary.
Rally organizer, Varg Freeborn, said, "If we don't control the government, if we can't control the government in our backyard, then how can we control the government in D.C.? How can we do anything? If we lose our voice to show our support or our opposition, whatever the issue might be at any given time, then we've lost the country."
There is a Campbell City Council meeting this Wednesday where the protesters hope the gun ban will be repealed.
