Some people looked to the skies for entertainment Sunday morning. Nearly 100 people came out to North Jackson for a remote control air show.
This is the third year the event has been held on Father's Day weekend. The air show is a part of the International Miniature Aircraft Association and pilots say though this is a hobby, flying these miniature planes isn't as easy as it looks. "When it comes to these aircrafts, it's highly sophisticated. There's safety things to go through. There's start up sequences and shut down sequences and it's highly involved," said Tom McQuiston of the Nighthawks R.C. Club.
For those who missed Sunday's show, another one will take place next Sunday, and it's free and open to the public.
