Former Austintown Township Trustee and attorney Bo Pritchard was court Monday night.

Pritchard faced a probation violation stemming from a drunk driving charge. He's been ordered to take driver's intervention classes.

Pritchard was arrested for drunk driving in June 2008, and again on an OVI charge last November violating conditions of his parole.

Pritchard has already been temporarily stripped of his law license and lost his re-election bid for trustee.
