An Ellwood City woman faces charges after rear ending another vehicle in a fast food drive thru after she'd allegedly been huffing air duster.
Just before 6:40 p.m. Monday, Shenango Township Police were called to Taco Bell, 2613 Ellwood Road, for a reported person hunched over their steering wheel. Police learned that while in the drive through Dawn Dittmer, 38, had rear ended another car.
Police said they determined that Dittmer was in possession of four cans of air duster commonly used for huffing. She was charged with DUI and illegal use and possession of the noxious or solvent substance and reckless driving.
