OVI Offender Wants Test Results Thrown Out

A man convicted multiple times of OVI was back in a Trumbull County courtroom Friday asking a judge to toss out breathalyzer test results from his latest drunk driving arrest.

Keith Urso and his attorney, Tony Consoldane, asked the judge not to allow the results taken from Urso's Jan. 31 test be used against him during his upcoming trial. The defense maintains the latest test was not done properly.

Prosecutors disagreed, saying his blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit.

Urso is currently being held in the county jail without bond. He's had more than a dozen OVI convictions.

His latest stems from a January arrest in Mecca. A motorist called 911 Jan. 31 reporting Urso was driving erratically on state Route 88. According to reports, deputies found several empty beer cans in his vehicle, and when Urso tried to get out of his truck, he fell.

Judging by this horse's patoot's record of DUI and by his photo, he needs 1.) Tossed into a drunk tank for about a year, and 2.) a bath and some grooming.Just the type to squeal about "unfair" treatment.Should we spend the money to research his other (13) convictions? ...maybe they were all unfair, too.Lowlifes like this do not need to be taken seriously........the best we can hope for is he'll get drunk some day or night (time of day doesn't matter to him,as far as drinking) and wrap his car around something that will kill him.Then he can be a real "victim",like he claims he is now.

All good thoughts but let's look at the basics: empty beer cans fall from your rig when the door is opened = drinking and driving...the judges are kicking trash like this out so they can make room for the "real" criminals...corrupt, corrupt, corrupt...there is no more uphold the law, there is no law, unless we (ie tax paying employeed citizens) take it back into our own hands.
