It's the summer season around Mosquito Lake. It's pretty crowded-- as people escape the noise of the city. But along one stretch of Mosquito Lake -- it's noiser than most neighborhoods. The whine of the generators at a new sanitary sewer plant is annoying neighbors and campers alike.
