Mother Nature is not cooperating with the Trumbull County Fair once again.

Members of the fair board say the rain kept people away the first three days of the fair.  In 2008, 20,000 people passed through the gates Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  So far this year, only 12,000 people showed up.

The president of the fair board says this weekend's promising forecast should help them make up any lost revenue.
