Man Charged with Raping Children in Foster Care

Authorities have arrests warrants out, looking for a 67-year-old Mahoning County man on child sex charges.

Clarence Davis has been indicted on rape and "gross sexual imposition" counts.

Prosecutors tell us Davis was accused of assaulting three children who were all in foster care and under the age of 13 at the time.

If convicted, the rape charges could each bring life prison sentences.

What I want to know is "How did this man even get awarded foster care...Some thing is wrong with the court system!!!! Did you see the video about the little 2 yr old that was killed by her step father? The courts took her out of the home and them put her right back in. I say, the judges in these cases should be on trial!!

what this man did was wrong, but in defense of his family, their faith in God is the only thing getting them through this unexpected tragedy. completely oblivious to such unexceptible behavior, relatives are heartbroken at the lose of the families ability to serve others through their ministry of foster care.

this jerk needs more than a prison sentence but i know he will get the same thing done to him in prison and that would b justice !
