A man from Youngstown is arrested after neighbors call police saying he was exposing himself to young children. However, the story doesn't end there.

When police showed up at his home at 162 East Judson around 8pm Thursday, a neighbor said the older man living in the house was fondling himself.

Police went into the home and found 66-year-old Ronald Chambers watching a pornographic movie, his pants around his ankles and a syringe in his right hand.

Chambers told police he works seven days a week, 365 days a year as a newspaper carrier and he uses cocaine for recreation.

He was arrested on various drug charges and will be arraigned next week.
