A former Pennsylvania state representative is charged with hiring his relatives and paying them with tax payers' money, but they never did any work. The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office says former Lawrence County State Representative Frank Lagrotta employed his sister and niece as legislative aides, but they both had outside jobs as well. Their paychecks totaled about twenty-five thousand dollars. All three are expected to be arraigned in Harrisburg court tomorrow.
